Missing Status Field Error

Workaround:
Delete the 'Site Membership Review List' - you can find it in the root of the site collection using SharePoint Designer - and then do a redeploy

Fixed in commit 8aeaaf4c18c1. Issue was Membership Request List event receiver was being run against all lists.
