unabel to create user

hello im reciving a error when trying to create new users under FBA User Management

In the log i can see the following, but dosent make mutche sence to me, any ideas are welcome.....

Those aren't error messages in the log file.  What do you see on screen when you get this error? When do you get the error, when you open the new user page or when you click OK on the new user page? Does everything else work ok? (Can you edit users, add roles, delete roles...)

sorry for the poorly description ill try to explain it abit better this time..

i can create and delete roles, edit and delete users.

But when creating a new user, i fill out the form and press "ok" and is hit by a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" with a col. id the above is the Instant of that col.  id

hmm i think i have FUBARed the installation.. 

starting all over.. :-D hopefully, i have missed somthing when setting up FBA......
